Oyster Omelette | China


海蛎煎 牡蠣オムレツ

\ Ingredients


1. Small Oysters 500g

2. Egg 2

3. Sweet potato flour 100g

4. Salt 1/2 tsp

5. Basil 3 leaves

6. Spring onion 1

7. Oil 1.5 tbsp




\ Recipe


1. Rinse oysters and place them in a bowl. Chop basil leaves and spring onion.

2. Add sweet potato starch, eggs, salt and basil leaves into the oyster bowl, mix well.

3. Heat a pan with oil over a high heat, add the oyster misxture.

4. Leave the mixture alone in the pan, turning over when one side becomes brown, then stir until both sides are browned.

5. Sprinkle with chopped spring onions.
